This is a combination of various bodywork techniques to release and help realign your body, mainly myofascial in nature but each treatment can be individually tailored to your needs on the day.

Each treatment is 90 mins or longer, tissue takes time to change!

I have deliberately kept my prices low to make it accessible for everyone, if you are on the struggle bus with money we can do a trade, I like homemade apple pie!
